Whether you’ve travelled with us for years or are new to Equity, our Recommend a Friend offer is a simple way to help colleagues discover stress‑free school travel while earning a little something extra for your own school or department. It’s our way of saying thank you for helping more young people experience enriching adventures beyond the classroom.

How it works

Recommending a colleague couldn’t be easier — and both of you can benefit. If you already run a trip with Equity (for example, a ski trip) and you know another teacher at your school who organises a different subject trip — such as Geography, History or MFL — you can both earn a £75 Amazon voucher when they book with us.

Step-by-Step

  1. Recommend a colleague
    Share the details of any teacher planning a school trip — you can nominate as many trip leaders as you like. Just fill out the simple form below.

  2. We support their enquiry
    Your colleague’s Account Manager will guide them through planning their trip, whether it’s Geography, Culture, Sport, or any educational adventure.

  3. Their trip confirms
    Once your colleague books their trip and pays their second deposit, the referral is validated.

  4. You both receive a reward
    We’ll send two £75 Amazon vouchers — one for you and one for the colleague you referred — as a thank you for helping more teachers discover Equity.

Terms and Conditions

  • Offer applies only when the referred booking is for a school trip that has not travelled with Equity within the previous three years.
  • The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
  • The reward may only be claimed once the second deposit for the referred booking has been received in full by Equity.
  • To claim the offer, the referrer must contact Equity directly after the second deposit has been received and before the travel date of the referred trip. At this point qualification will be confirmed and both the £75 vouchers will be sent to respective trip leaders.
  • Equity reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
