Terms and Conditions

Get up to £500 off your next school trip

  • Discount value is up to £500 per group, dependent on confirmed paying student numbers at booking confirmation (minimum 15 students).
  • Smaller groups will receive a proportionately smaller discount
  • Offer applicable to NEW enquiries made in the period 09 January 26 – 31 March 2026 only
  • Bookings to be confirmed by 30 Apr 2026.
  • This offer is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and cannot be applied retrospectively
  • Discount can be used in conjunction with Equity Loyalty Discount
  • UK trips excluded from the promotion
  • Applicable to Ski and Tours bookings to Europe, North America or Worldwide
  • Minimum duration of 3 days/2 nights applies
  • Equity School Travel reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.

Recommend a Friend

  • Offer applies only when the referred booking is for a school trip that has not travelled with Equity within the previous three years.
  • The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
  • The reward may only be claimed once the second deposit for the referred booking has been received in full by Equity.
  • To claim the offer, the referrer must contact Equity directly after the second deposit has been received and before the travel date of the referred trip. At this point qualification will be confirmed and both the £75 vouchers will be sent to respective trip leaders.
  • Equity reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

Loyalty Offer

  • Schools are eligible for the Loyalty Discount if they have previously travelled with Equity and the new booking is for a trip of a similar nature (e.g., ski-to-ski, sports-to-sports). The new trip must be booked within 12 months of the return date of the school’s most recent Equity trip.
  • The discount amount may vary depending on the type of trip and your school’s booking history. Your Account Manager will confirm the applicable discount at the time of enquiry.
  • The Loyalty Discount can be used in conjunction with Equity’s current £500 promotion, subject to both offers’ individual terms and conditions.
  • It cannot be combined with any other promotions unless explicitly stated.
  • The discount applies per booking and is not transferable.The discount is applied to the final invoice for the qualifying trip.
  • Minimum group sizes or booking values may apply; your Account Manager will advise if relevant.
  • The Loyalty Discount is valid only for new bookings made within the timeframe specified above.
